Barker due to illness, Councillor McKenzie
due to vacation, and Councillor Timpson
due to York Region Board of Education
business; with Mayor West in the Chair.
STAFF MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Fire
Chief, Director of Personnel, Treasurer,
and Director of Planning.
Deputy Clerk absent on vacation; Director
of Public Works absent due to family
illness; and Chief Building Official
absent due to illness.
DECLARATION OF INTEREST
There were no disclosures of interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, 1983.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA

THAT the content of the Consolidated Agenda with additions
circulated by the Clerk's Department be approved as outlined herein.

LS88-D03-045 -Tender No. 88-3; Janitori a 1 Maintenance Service -Aurora
Family Leisure Complex
#117 Moved by Councillor Pedersen Seconded by Councillor Jones
THAT the bid from Clean Sweep/701638 Ontario Limited in the amount
of $76,650.00 for the janitorial maintenance service contract for
the Aurora Family Leisure Complex be accepted and that funds be
allocated from Account No. 612-312 and the seal of the Corporation
be attached hereto.

RESOLUTIONS
Authorization to engage Caldwell Partners International to undertake
Executive Search for C.A.O.
#118 Moved by Councillor Weller Seconded by Councillor Buck
RESOLVED that the firm of Caldwell Partners International be
engaged to undertake an executive search for a Chief Administrative
Officer for the Town of Aurora; and
THAT the total fee for the search to be a maximum
of $28,175.00.
