BEING A BY-LAW to amend
Parking By-law Number 4574-
04. T, as arnended, with respect to
parking on Murray Drive.
WHEREAS paragraph 1 of subsection 11(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as
amended, provides that a lower -tier municipality may pass by-laws respecting highways,
including parking and traffic on highways;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora enacted By-law
4574-047, as amended, being the Parking and Traffic Control By-law, on September 28,
2004;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary
and expedient to amend By-law Number 4574-043, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
.1. THAT Schedule I to By-law Number 4574-047, as amended, respecting No -Parking
Anytime, is hereby amended by deleting the following:

From: 9 metres north of
northerly Intersection of.

To: 9 metres south of the

2. THAT Schedule I to By-law Number 4574-047, as amended, respecting No -Parking
Anytime is hereby amended by inserting the following:
