COMr'!ITI'EES CONT 'JL The Planning & Development Committee held a meeting on Thursday, June 3rd. '1976 at 7:30 p.m. The following were present: Councillor W. Davis, Councillor J. Williamson, Building Inspector R. Harrington and Planner S. Siebert. DElEGATIONS A. RE: Letter '10 96 §pringburn We~t N Si§e Murray Drive W of Aurora Shopping~~ Mr. A. Cossar, Owner, and Mr. Don Glass appeared before xhe Committee. Letter #'12-·32 from Mrs. S. Siebert of the Region Planning Services, attached to a letter from the South Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority signed by Mr. D. Murray, Planner was discussed. This letter expressed an opinion that the lots partially contained within the Flood Plan i.e. 3 to 7, '13 to 20, 30 to 40 42 and lot 1 could be removed by proper cut and fill. Also an Engineering report would be required describing the means whereby storm water would be conducted from the site,and the means whereby erosion and siltation and their effects will be contained and minimized on the site, both during and after the construction period. The Committee recommends this proposal be forwarded to the Regional Municipal Planning Services and the Town Engineer for comments after the Owner has Slbmitted a plan as prepared under Section 33 of the Planning Act.
