DECLARATION OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND GENERAL NATURE THEREOF There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act. 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA General Committee approved the agenda as circulated by Legal and Legislative Services. 3. ITEM FOR DISCUSSION General Committee resolved into Closed Session, following adjournment, to consider the following matters: Special General Committee Meeting Report Thursday, November 26, 2015 Page 2 of 2 1. Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including a Town or Local Board employee (section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001); Re: Chief Administrative Officer Recruitment 4.
