Re: Item 1 – CAO13 -022 – Service Level Review – Interim Report – Council
Workshop
Mr. Smith presented details of the Interim Report of the Town of Aurora Service Level
Review including its purpose and primary goal, objectives and scope, strategic
context, summary of service inventory, results from interviews and focus groups,
review of municipal comparators, key conclusions, potential efficiency and
effectiveness improvements, and proposed next steps.
General Committee recommends:
THAT the comments of the delegate be received for information.
