BYLAW - Exempt Lots 43 44 53 54 from Part Lot Control - 20101214 - 529210THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA By-law Number 5292-10 BEING A BY-LAW to exempt Lots 43, 44, 53, and 54 on Plan 65M-4079 from Part -Lot Control (Royalcliff Homes Bayview Inc.) WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended (the "Act'), provides that the council of a local municipality may by by-law provide that the part -lot control provisions in subsection 50(5) of the Act does not apply to the land that is within a registered plan of subdivision as is designated in the by-law; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it necessary and expedient to enact a by-law to exempt Lots 43, 44, 53 and 54 on Plan 65M-4079 from those provisions of the Act dealing with part -lot control; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: THAT subsection 50(5) of the Act shall not apply to the following lands, all situated in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York: Lots 43, 44, 53 and 54, Plan 65M-4079, being Parts 1 to 14 inclusive, Plan 65R- 32726. THAT this By-law shall be registered in the proper land registry office. 3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and effect upon third reading hereof, shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing, and shall expire on the 14th day of December, 2012.
