5:49 p.m.), Gallo, Gilliland, and Thompson
Members Absent Councillors Humfryes and Kim
Other Attendees Doug Nadorozny, Chief Administrative Officer, Patricia De
Sario, Town Solicitor, David Waters, Director of Planning and
Building Services, and Michael de Rond, Town Clerk
The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Council consented to resolve into a Closed Session at 5:46 p.m.
Council reconvened into open session at 6:40 p.m.
1. Approval of the Agenda
Moved by Councillor Gilliland
Seconded by Councillor Gallo
That the confidential Council Closed Session meeting agenda be approved.

2. Declaration of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.50.

3. Consideration of Items Requiring Discussion
Moved by Councillor Gallo
Seconded by Councillor Gilliland
That Council resolve into Closed Session to consider the following matter:
1. Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative
tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Section 239(2)(e) of the
Municipal Act, 2001); Re: Closed Session Report No. CS19-030 – Heritage
Appeals – Yonge Street and Wellington Street Properties

That the Council Closed Session be reconvened into open session to rise and
report from Closed Session.

Heritage Appeals – Yonge Street and Wellington Street Properties

1. That Closed Session Report No. CS19-030 be received; and
2. That the confidential direction to staff be confirmed.

Council Closed Session on July 16, 2019.
