Members Absent None
Other Attendees Doug Nadorozny, Chief Administrative Officer, and Michael de
Rond, Town Clerk
The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m.
Council consented to resolve into a Closed Session at 5:51 p.m.
Council reconvened into open session at 6:50 p.m.
1. Approval of the Agenda
Moved by Councillor Humfryes
Seconded by Councillor Gilliland
That the confidential Council Closed Session meeting agenda as circulated by
Legislative Services, be approved.

2. Declaration of Pecuniary Interest and General Nature Thereof
There were no declarations of pecuniary interest under the Municipal Conflict of
Interest Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.50.
